Recently, we can find flag-raisers practice at the sea podium no matter under the harsh sun or rain every day. Fifteen flag-raisers from Qingdao Armed Police Detachment will raise the Olympic flag, Chinese flag and Olympic Sailing Competition flag at the opening ceremony, also, 33 times of flag-raising for the awards ceremonies of 11 events and 9 classes. Flag-raising for Olympics is a highly demanded work which requires awareness of the different lengths of national anthems to control the rhythm and speed.
