Qingdao Maritime Search and Rescue Centre (QDSAR) is an on-call emergency organisation responsible for the initiation and co-ordination of all civilian maritime SAR in Qingdao. In order to enhance maritime safety, QDSAR reminds all sailing teams training in Qingdao to take preventive measures against maritime incidents.
